Order Information

  • Where can I check the status of my order?

    After moving to here , you can log in and check the 'Order Details' in My Page Order History. Click "View Details" next to the order number to check the order details and order status.

    ※ When an order is completed, an "order e-mail" is sent, so you can also check the order details through the "order confirmation e-mail".

  • I want to order more, but it is not available.

    Dr.Jart's official mall has a daily purchase quantity and number of orders.

    You can purchase products up to 3 times a day per ID, and the maximum number of purchases per day is 14, up to 8 single items.

    Please note that it is difficult to make additional purchases if even one condition meets the purchase limit.

    Ex) Purchase of 3 different products a total of 3 times > Cannot purchase additionally because the number of orders exceeds 3 times Purchase a total of 14 items in one order > Cannot purchase additionally because the purchase quantity is exceeded

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Please check the order status (payment completed) standard and submit it separately to the "Dr. Jart Customer Satisfaction Center" .
    (However, if received after the cancellation time, it will be accepted as a return, and a return shipping fee (KRW 5,000) may be incurred.)

    1) Orders “before” 10:00 am → (same day) can be canceled before 10:00 am
    2) Orders “after” 10:00 am → (same day) after 10:00 am ~ 6:00 PM, (next business day) 9:00-10:00 AM Cancellation possible

Returns & Exchanges

  • Is it possible to return or exchange products?

    Only products purchased from Dr. Jart's official online mall can be returned, and exchanges are not possible. If you wish to return an ordered product, please contact the "Dr. Jart Customer Satisfaction Center"

    through the consultation channel below . - Telephone consultation: 1544-5453 - Chat consultation: Click here to access. - Consultation Hours: Weekdays 9:00 am - 6:00 am (excluding weekends and holidays ) However, if the content of the product is different from the displayed or advertised content or the contract is performed differently, exchange/return is possible within 3 months, or within 30 days from the date the fact was known or could have been known. ※ In the case of returns due to personal reasons such as simple change of mind (within 7 days after receipt of the product) or order mistake, a round-trip shipping fee (KRW 5,000) will be charged. ※ There is no damage to the product, such as the quantity of the returned product, the product's box and label, and the enclosed free gift must be sent along to return. ※ Partial returns are not allowed.

Shipping Information

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders that have been paid for by 10:00 am will be shipped the same day, and orders paid after that time will be shipped the next day.
    (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
    In normal cases, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days after shipment. However, in the case of other reasons (increased order volume/out of stock/stopped sales), delivery may be delayed.

  • Is overseas delivery possible?

    Dr. Jart+'s official online mall offers domestic delivery only, and overseas delivery is not available.

  • Is it possible to ship to military units?

    Bags that can be delivered by CJ Logistics will be delivered normally, and bags that cannot be delivered by CJ Logistics will be automatically returned.
    For bags that can only be delivered by post office, you must contact the "Dr. Jart Customer Satisfaction Center" separately after placing an order.
    Please note that delivery to military units takes at least 5 to 7 business days, and delivery to mountainous and island areas is excluded.

  • I do not have an e-mail address to use, can I register as a member?

    When signing up as a new member of Dr.Jart's official online mall, the email address is registered and used as an ID.
    If you do not have an existing e-mail account, please use it after creating an account.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    After “Login”, click “Here” at the bottom of “My Information - Account View” on the left side of “My Page”. You will be connected to the withdrawal page, check the reason for withdrawal and click “Confirm” to complete the withdrawal.

  • I can't remember my 'ID'.

    If you do not remember your ID, please make a separate request to the "Dr. Jart Customer Service Center" .
