Dr. Jart's Official Online Mall orders are delivered within 1-3 business days on average from the time payment is completed (order completed).
※ Items with payment completed (order completed) by 10:00 am will be shipped the same day, and items with payment completed (order completed) after that time will be shipped the next day. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Dr. Jart+ is delivered using the fast and safe "CJ Korea Express" courier service.
(However, event products may be sent by other courier or mail.)

It is not possible to change the shipping address after payment is completed (order completion). If you need to change the shipping address, please cancel the order or place a new order after receiving a return.
(However, if received after the cancellation time, it will be accepted as a return, and a return shipping fee (KRW 5,000) may be incurred.)

- Delivery from Dr. Jart+'s official online mall is only available for domestic delivery, and overseas delivery is not available.
- There are no shipments and delivery on public holidays and other holidays, and they are excluded from the delivery period.
- Only one shipping destination can be specified per order, and it is individually packaged and shipped based on the order number, so combined shipping is not possible.
(Combined shipping is not possible even if it is the same shipping address)
- For military unit delivery, units that can be delivered by CJ Logistics are normally delivered, and in the case of units that cannot be delivered by CJ Logistics, It will be automatically returned.
